Special General Meeting

Minutes of Special General Meeting
of Northampton Fencing Club

Held at 8pm on Thursday 7th September 2006
at Moulton Sports College, Northampton

There were enough voting members present that the meeting was considered quorate.

1.	Proposal to amend the wording of the Objects in the constitution to those suggested by The Charity Commission.
	Steve Rowntree (Club Treasurer) described the feedback he had received from the Charity Commission. There were no questions. The motion was Carried Unanimously.
2.	Any Other Business.
	No other business was raised.

The meeting was closed at 20:15.
